Project Nirog (Healthcare)

Partnered with Pink Capital to provide comprehensive insurance to rural low income households in Rajasthan. Health insurance is critical given the high unemployment, vulnerable economic position and expensive healthcare services during and post-pandemic. Comprehensive insurance includes state sponsored health insurance (covering hospitalization and diagnosis) whereas hospi-cash policy insures wage cover from lack of income due to hospitalization.

It is being piloted in the district of Alwar and basis success will be scaled up to other areas.
